Try to learn something from your subject books and it is better to learn by visiting Industries & getting our doubts clarified. I was very much interested in visiting industries, but I didn't got an opportunity while I was studying my BTech. Communicate with the industries nearby your place of study and visit that factories whenever you feel free without disturbing their works.
